Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited and restricted uses of the Services. It forms part of the Campaignity Terms of Service. You must ensure that your Users, agents, contractors, and anyone using the Services through your accounts or workspaces comply with this Policy.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Services to, or permit any person to:

2.1 Unlawful activity. Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, sanction, or legally binding requirement.

2.2 Fraud, deception, and impersonation. Engage in scams, fraud, phishing, impersonation, spoofing, misleading identity use, deceptive offers, or other dishonest conduct.

2.3 Spam and abusive communications. Send spam, unlawful direct marketing, abusive bulk outreach, or communications that violate applicable marketing laws, consent requirements, suppression obligations, or third-party platform rules.

2.4 Harmful or abusive content. Generate, transmit, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

2.5 Rights violations. Infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, data protection, or other rights of any person.

2.6 Unauthorised or unlawful data use. Submit, collect, use, disclose, or process data without the rights, notices, permissions, consents, or lawful basis required by applicable law or third-party platform rules.

2.7 High-risk or prohibited automated decisions. Use the Services for legal, medical, financial, employment, admissions, credit, insurance, law-enforcement, or other decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate safeguards, lawful authority, and qualified human review.

2.8 Malware and security abuse. Introduce malware, spyware, ransomware, malicious code, harmful scripts, or other harmful material, or use the Services to probe, scan, attack, disable, overburden, disrupt, or interfere with any system, account, network, or service.

2.9 Circumvention and unauthorised access. Bypass security measures, rate limits, access controls, usage restrictions, or authentication requirements, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, workspace, data, system, or environment.

2.10 Platform misuse. Violate the rules, policies, or technical requirements of any third-party channel, integration, messaging platform, app store, social network, payment processor, or service connected to the Services.

2.11 Misleading AI use. Use AI features to generate or distribute misleading, false, deceptive, or unlawful content, or to present AI output as verified fact where verification is reasonably required.

2.12 Unauthorised scraping or harvesting. Scrape, harvest, collect, export, or extract data from the Services except as expressly permitted by the Services or by written agreement with us.

2.13 Reverse engineering and misuse of the platform. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, models, prompts, system logic, or underlying components of the Services except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • the lawfulness, accuracy, and appropriateness of your use of the Services;
  • the data, content, prompts, workflows, automations, and communications you or your Users submit, configure, send, or enable through the Services;
  • obtaining any required notices, permissions, consents, or other lawful basis for your use of the Services;
  • complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules; and
  • ensuring your Users and anyone acting on your behalf comply with this Policy.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you or your Users have violated this Policy, we may investigate, remove or restrict content, disable features, suspend access, restrict integrations, require corrective action, or terminate access to the Services, with or without notice where appropriate. We may also take any other action permitted under the Terms of Service or required by law.
